How do you exercise with a cast?

  1. Yah, like the title says, I have found myself in a cast. I broke it snowboarding at Breckenridge, tried to ollie off a box and hit my wrist on the ice.

    So I'm getting antsy, I've been wanting to throw the football around but I can't, so how do I exercise without getting the cast sweaty.

    I'm too stoned.
     
  2. um, you don't. you just decide how much reekage you can stand, and then exercise less than that.

    or maybe you could pour lots of gold bond into the cast to absorb all the sweat? I dunno man. sounds like a bad idea.
     
  3. I hope that you havent been, your wrist is in a cast because it needs to be. Even after your cast comes off you have to take it easy. I do hope that you have a speedy recovery!! ;)
     
  4. Well, the kicker is my friend is coming out for his 18th birthday and he is coming out to snowboard and I broke my wrist.

    I went in a hot tub (kept my arm up the best I can), but that cast was replaced today.

    Shenanigans is what it is.

  6. I wouldn't exericise at all man. When I broke my wrist in 6 places, I played basketball and shit with some buddies...and when they took that off...it was one of the worst smelling things....ever. Just take it easy, get ripped as hell. And browse GC ^_^
