How do you deal with the broken pieces of a fallen friend

    So My only bong, peter parker aka spiderman aka been with me for years but have not been using it and i went to load it my dog knocked it off balance and cracked at the bottom it was a 2 foot bulb bottom all red with black strips all around to form a spiderman like design i dont know if it was intended that way but i think im going to load it into my tote bucket of broken glass :(

    have you had any recent or pieces broken that were expensive or broken over stupid reasons? Left it at an apartment only to come back to a pile of shattered glass- Here you tell your story if you want to

    i have this bubbler that i was cleaning and i went to pull up the drain to fill the sink with hot water for a soak and my hand (holding the bubbler) slipped off the drain pull and smacked the mirror, breaking the downstem off inside of the bubbler.

    and yesterday i put my shirt in the wash, forgetting i had a new slide in it... it broke

    and then a while ago my gf dropped my bong outta her purse in the driveway and it shattered but i used the tube part of it as a steamroller

    i cheifed a piece so much between me and like 8 poeple and set it down on a cold ass table and it pretty much exploded....loved that piece too.....:devious:

    Similar to that one except 14.5mm and it was a 6 arm.
    First time I go to clean it one of the arms break off. Damn.
    So i use a piece of foil to plug the hole where the fallen perc was (on this one the bowl is far enough away that the foil doesnt get hot) and this worked for probably a week. Then i make the discovery that the top part (the female joint for bowl and where the trees are attached to) is a glass on glass seal with the bottom part so i go to remove it. Its wedged really tight but it finally pops off. A week later I go to remove the top part. Its stuck again, so i put some twisting action on it and pull and of course the trees smash against the lower half on the way out. Damn. Down to one tree. Aluminum foil on the rest of them and I am back in business. A week passes by and nothing happens. Although surprised the curse had found its end I was glad I was still double percolating so it was all good. Second week, still tokin. Third week... it must have felt it was its time to go. I pick it up take the bowl out, gently set the a/c down, and it just pops off. Damn.
    Although useless I decided to keep it since it was still perfectly intact, minus the tree percs. Wanted to hook my vape up to my bong but I didn't wanna foul up the downstem of my bong cuz all I had to work with was the end of a vinyl hose that was too small to be wedged in the downstem, so I wrapped teflon tape around the hose until it was a big enough diameter and wedged it in the female part of the broken a/c giving me a waterless ashcatcher for the vape (the screen was letting a lttle weed through).
