How do you combat the munchies?

  1. So im workin out 4-5 days a week and the munchies are really fuckin me up. I cant stop myself once I start eating. How do you do it?

  3. I've noticed brushing my teeth makes me avoid food for a bit
     
  4. start smoking a cigerette everytime your hungry thats what i did when i was working and i lost over 50 pounds working out smoking everyday
     

  5. Yeah cigs are gross man lol. Besides man, thats just putting it off because when it comes time to quit cigs, here comes the weight again.

    I usually just try to drink a large glass of water but its only been doing so much.

  7. Usually, I won't get the munchies anymore, but when it does happen I eat fruit. Dank fruit like mango, kiwi, apples, and those klemintine oranges. Doesn't make you feel like shit.

  9. Go to Taco Bell and order as many 5 layer burritos as it takes. Usually takes around 5.
     
  10. Water if your friend, apart from that get some self control lol.

    I don't like the munchies, just because the Munchies works as Cut-Off in my body. The minute I eat, the effects start going down.

    The fruit hepls too, a lot of Mango, enhance the effect is the Mango is slightly over ripen.

  16. Eating before I smoke doesn't do anything, even if I stuffed myself, but I've heard of this mango theory, boosting your high when you eat them? What's it about?

  20. iM diggin the sig man. Love that song, but back to the thread, the only way I know to combat munchies is to eat. Eat some low cal mixed fruit cups, carrots with ranch, celery with peanut butter, low fat popcorn or something other...its either that, stop smoking, or get ahold of yourself and say no food as hard as it is.
