How do you bring up weed with someone you barely know

    Okay, so I'm searching for a consistent connect. I have a couple that are willing to hook me up every once an a while, but they're runners. They buy from their pretty small time dealer, and sell me some.

    I have a few distant friends who I occasionally hang with that I think might smoke but I'm can't be sure. So my question is, how do you bring up weed with someone you don't know if they smoke or not?

    If you gave us your age that would help. If you are a high school or college student you can pretty much ask almost any dude and they can point you in the right direction. If your older you can maybe play "her mister" at a headshop...best of luck

    Fuck good point. I'm in college, I'm a senior (22). If I was in high school it would be NO PROBLEM :smoke:
    But unfortunately I'm taking online classes so it's not like I can message other students about finding pot lol.

    Shit I had a friend give me weed for my birthday when I was in HS. It was before I smoked. I said thanks and ended up giving it to a friend I knew smoked in exchange for some McDonalds.

    Just ask if they're 420 friendly and if they say no, leave it at that.

    Ask "You smoke?"

    If they reply:
    "Smoke what?" - He smokes(d) weed.
    "No" - Well...
    "Yes" - try and keep it going... Ask how long he's been smoking in a way that doesn't point to weed. Be subtle.

    Unless you're talking to some middle school ass kids who are going to tell on you what's the problem?

    Thanks for the replies.
    I'm fairly new so I didn't know if there was any "etiquette" or when it was cool to approach, how openly you could talk about it and whatnot.

    My toker friends I didn't find out until they were really good friends of mine, with the exception of one, who has dreads thicker than marley and wears a "thank you for smoking weed" bracelet. Kind of obvious.

    I just ordered my first 420 gear so hopefully some of the shirts I wear will get people to approach me. :smoke:

    You know who else notices weed clothing? Cops. Cops latch onto that shit like ticks to a deer's butthole.



    I'm more worried about my new roommate. I don't know if he's pro/anti-pot, and I don't know how to bring that up without blatantly saying I smoke weed, just in case.

    Same situation. Ask if he parties at all. Then go to alcohol then weed. Nobody on college cares about drinking but there is that 1 in 20 douche who will make a big deal about it. And judge by how they dress and their friends

    Freakin awesome thanks for the tips everyone. Me and my roomie brainstormed and we thought of everyone we knew who even might smoke. We hit someone up he knew that may smoke and we got hooked up. Gotta go pick it up. Thanks for the tips!

    Apparently it's some Kryp but we'll see. :smoke:

    Unless they sketch me out for some reason, I'll just ask if any of them smokes weed, I've done it before with great results :bongin:

    loll.just ask them if they want to smoke.if they look down at you for smoking than you dont want to deal with those people trust me
