How do I tell my dealer he chinced me?

Discussion in 'Marijuana Consumption Q&A' started by Ch4rlie, Nov 13, 2012.

  1. So I've been dealing with this guy for a couple months now, probably have given him around $140 over those two months but I feel like I was always kinda cheated on with the amount, but I grabbed 2 grams off him the other day and I could tell I clearly didn't get what I had paid for.
How do I respectfully tell the dude I feel like I was short handed? I'm going to grab 4grams off him tomorrow (BTW, I don't deal directly to him, I'm friends with his sister and I give his sister the money for weed in return the next day...I also know she wouldn't take any from me.) but I always text him a day before telling him how much I'm grabbing.
And I don't know how to properly construct a sentence telling him that. 'Hey I'm grabbing 4 grams tomorrow but I feel like the last time I didn't get what I paid for?' I'm not sure how to say it without sounding like a douchebag.
    Thanks.

  2. Buy a scale to be sure that you didn't get what you paid for. I made the mistake of telling my dealer he didn't give me enough and he weighed it right in front of me. He had just used a bigger bag that time, it was actually a little over. I apologized and we're cool now.
Anyway, once you know for sure you were shorthanded, say something like "I weighed the last bags you sold me and they were a bit underweight. Would you mind double checking this time?" If he wants to keep you as a customer, he'll say yes and make sure you get what you pay for. Some dealers tend to shorthand people until they're pointed out to see if they can get away with it. Some are legitimate though and do it by honest mistake.

  3. You need to buy Scale before accusing people of shorting you. Some weed is more or less dense than other.

  4. I used to get weed in dime bags from other dealers and he gives me a 'nickel' bag and it's 3/4ths full. It's not easy to spot out 1gram but I can deffs tell what he is giving me is NOT 1gram...or a .8 even.

  5. Find another dude . . . plain and simple

  6. Really dude, scales are very very useful, you will love it mate.

  7. Once again BUY A SCALE. A gram of granddaddy I get from my dealer only looks like a .5 .6 maybe Of what other bud I get from him looks like.

  8. this is what i would do, or get a scale bcz ur eyes cant tell you if you were shorted .3 grams, every batch is different, some dense, some fluffy, some shit.
get a scale if u can as mentioned already and find out if u r shorted. then explain to him that he is not giving u the right amount. he will say ok lets work it out or that u r a liar. remember he is the dealer.

  9. I don't want to spend months looking for another dealer...again. 'Remember he is the dealer' I don't understand what that's supposed to mean? My money means nothing? I'd like to get what I pay for. It's business.

  10. I once bought a nug for 10 dollars that no lie looked like a god dam .3. i took it home and weighed it and lo and behold that was just a dense mother fucker.

buy a scale, if it's short tell him that you want what you pay for, or just mention hey man i bought a scale i weighed that last bag and it was a bit short, be sure to mention that you calibrated the scale. see what he says, judging from his answer you can usually tell if he knew about the shortage or not, if he seems genuinely surprised or not. he should offer you more without you having to ask. that is how business should be done.:smoking::smoking:

  11. 2 grams usually lasts me a week, this '2 grams' lasted me 2 days and I smoked a whole lot less than usually too.

  12. o shit eh it was probably short then. just tell him that shit was short but still buy a scale don't be cheap you can get one for like 25$ or so more for a better one. if you get shorted even if you know you got shorted, you can tell exactly by how much you were shorted, and demand that amount added to your next bag.
    buy a scale.
    demand weed.
    get High.
    :smoking::smoking::bongin::bongin:

  13. Yeah. Maybe my friend and I could split the $25 for a scale since I get for her.

  14. i know its hard to get a good connect. i am saying he has the herb, u have the money. he can sell that herb to anyone else. he has what u want, if u r not gonna confront him move on. thats it. good luck

  15. how are you going to decide who gets to use it when? what if one of you moves? then what? joint-ownership (pun intended) is always problematic.

You sound scared of your dealer, id tell him what's up and if he denied, id show him what's good nah mean. If you don't feel like dealing with it get a new dealer. It doesn't take months you just need to come out of your little bubble.

    Edit: And get a scale.

  17. Just say, "hey man, could I get an eighth(for example), can you make sure it weighs 3.5 my last one was a little short."

  18. For someone who can look at a bag and tell if it's underweight, you have little knowledge of how to actually deal with a dealer.. Ask him to weigh it in front of you, buy your own scale, take the loss, or find a new dealer.
