  1. There\'s a walmart trying to move into our town. How can I stop the blue menace from invading. The only thing that\'s come to mind so far is organizing a bunch of people to rob them blind.

  2. Good luck. That place will be a huge success, it seems like they all are.

  3. You have to find the heart of the wal-mart, and break the mirror in the back.

  4. well we got rid of the blockbuster. it moved in right across from a local videostore and has gone out of business twice since.

that was a great episode of south park.

  5. the son of the founder of wal mart died in a plane crash the other day, he was like a green beret medic and got the silver star medal

  6. i get high anxiety every damn time i go in one those places. but to tell you the truth man, you\'re screwed. best of luck to you though :smoke:

  7. Why do you hate walmart? I mean yeah they treat their employees like shit, but welcome to about half the jobs out there. The solution is just not to work there.

Anyway, you probably can\'t stop it. So get a job in the security department and steal.

  8. walmarts are going to take over america

they move into these small towns that have a shop for clothes, a shop for grocerys, a shop for beds whatever

and walmart has all of those things in one store, and they can sell it for cheaper because they buy in such bulk
so the little stores all run out of business and walmart controls the city, thats how it is in the south atleast

  9. Go to your town meetings. I bet there are already people in your town trying to stop Wal*Mart. You can join up with them.

  10. That advice makes no sense...

Treating someone like shit kinda means you don\'t trust them at all so I\'m sure they have upper level security reviewing the tapes too. He\'d get busted and Walmart would win.

Why fight it? You really can\'t win a battle of government\'s open hand and big biz\'s upside down wallet.

Besides that theres always some semi-decent white trash tail in those places...lol it\'s not like you\'ll be finding someone to bang on the side just amusing trend watching I suppose.

I\'ve seen more kitty/porn star sweatpants then I care to remember in that place.

Another great thing about that place is the crazy old dudes blatantly looking at highschool jailbait ass without a care in the world. You creep up on them and say something smart assed like \"get a good look\" and they usually go into a big attention drawing fit at which point you leave the area fast. lol

  11. Nah dude, I\'ve worked at stores like walmart (Meijer, etc) and when I say treat you like shit, I don\'t mean watch your back all the time. I mean like \"asking\" you to work double shifts, low pay, few benifits, etc. Whether or not your boss is a dick just depends on the boss. And stealing from those places is really easy IF you\'re an employee, and who better than a security guard?

  12. why do people hate walmart so much? they have a right to do business like everyone else.. if you don\'t like it, don\'t shop there, end of story.. doesn\'t mean you can just bar the rest of the town from wanting to shop there.. if they want economical resources for their homes where\'s the harm in that? geez.. just conitue to shop in the little stores if they bother you so much.. it\'s not like they killed your family..

  13. i\'ll tell you why i despise wal-mart and personally refuse to shop there. I found they take out insurance policies on all their employees. I.e. why they hire the elderly, because when they die...thats right, wal-mart makes money. They make bank on the lives of other humans!

  14. Austin Texas has a program about keeping mom & pop companies in business by keeping huge corporation/conglomerations out. Granted you can go to a suburb and shop at Walmart or any other huge national chain, but you can\'t inside the city limits. I can\'t remember what they call the program but everyone has the logo on their bumpers. I\'m actually still working on a project for my work tonight or I would go research it for you. If you read up on what the program is in Austin and how they got the idea accepted, I would go with The Hempress\' town meeting suggestion and your new found knowledge.

JOHN Walton, the billionaire second son of Sam Walton, founder of the international retail giant Wal-Mart, was killed when his homemade, ultralight plane crashed.

    <table align=\"right\" border=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" width=\"310\"> <tbody><tr> <td rowspan=\"3\" width=\"8\">
    </td> <td colspan=\"3\" height=\"20\" width=\"302\">

    </td> <td width=\"1\"><spacer type=\"block\" height=\"1\" width=\"1\"></td> </tr> <tr> <td colspan=\"3\" height=\"1\"><spacer type=\"block\" height=\"1\" width=\"1\"></td> </tr> <tr> <td colspan=\"4\" height=\"5\"><spacer type=\"block\" height=\"5\" width=\"1\"></td> </tr> </tbody></table> The craft came down soon after takeoff yesterday from Jackson Hole airport in Grand Teton National Park, Wyoming, the Wal-Mart company said. The 58-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene -- a sagebrush-covered plain. The cause of the crash was not known.

The unregistered plane had an aluminium frame and a small petrol-powered engine.

Its wings were wrapped in a fabric similar to heavy duty sail cloth.

\"It was so lightweight it looked like a giant model airplane,\" said Joan Anzelmo, a national park spokeswoman.

In March, Forbes Magazine listed Walton as the 11th-richest person in the world. It estimated his net worth at $23.7 billion.

He had been on the Wal-Mart board of directors. He and the rest of the Walton family own about 40 per cent of Wal-Mart shares.

Ms Anzelmo said officials notified the US Federal Aviation Administration and National Transportation Safety Board.

\"Because this is a homemade, non-registered, experimental aircraft . . . they told us there was not going to be an investigation,\" she said. Grand Teton rangers would conduct their own probe, as with any major accident in the park, she said.

Walton had been a US army veteran who served with the elite Green Berets as a medic during the Vietnam War. He was awarded the Silver Star medal for saving the lives of members of his unit while under enemy fire.

Walton is survived by wife Christy, son Luke, mother Helen, brothers Rob and Jim and sister Alice. – AGENCIES
