I found this ad on Craigslist where this guy was looking for someone to help him grow legally in his green house. In return, he would let that person live in his home for free and he would pay that person as well. This is in Washington and I have a medical cannabis authorization. I contacted him and now I have an interview with him in a few days at a business that he owns. What precautions do I need to take when meeting this guy and negotiating what we need to do with pay, living arrangements and most of all, the grow op? Thanks

Well, with the laws changing so rapidly in WA. I would suggest offering him and insisting on him giving you his SS# and do a full background check before moving in with someone. Work out all the details before moving in a stick of furniture. If you have ever watched Big Bang Theory? I would not be quite as anal as Sheldon, but I would have everything in writing.
