Hello. Here in Colorado medical marijuana patients who are on probation or parole are allowed to use it if it's prescribed to them. I don't know anyone who's gone through the process and something tells me not to ask my probation officer about it. Can anyone help me out? Let me know what steps I need to take. Any advice helps.
i wouldn't see a problem asking your probation officer as long as your prepared to pee in a cup to prove you have not tried it yet. Asking her would intend you want permission to start medicating not that you already are.
