Hey everyone im currently germinating some bagseed i came across and am curious on how i can "bush" the plants when they start growing up. Is it as simple as cutting the plant in a certain location during veg? or is there a better way to go about it? Any help would be excellent and thank you in advance.
just keep a few cfls like 2 inchs away from plant so the nodes so tight and packed then move to higher light. sum plants are just not that bushy u can also try using Nitrozyme – the pure organic growth enhancer Growth Technology - Nitrozyme Just one example from the Test Result Summary Ottawa Research Station of Agriculture, Canada (J.A. Simmonds & M. Beauchamp) Nitrozyme increases the rate of germination, growth, and flowering of Impatiens. Nitrozyme can shorten by four days the time required to grow Impatiens seedlings for bedding plants. Nitrozyme treated plants had 50% more leaves than their untreated counterparts, and these leaves were one-third larger on the plants receiving Nitrozyme. what i do is take sum nitrozyme add what they tell u then add like 2 drops dish soap to a mister bottle then shake then take plants out of box or u can turn light off then mist them down let dry takes like 10 15 min then put back under light or turn light on do this once a week works great for me.
like joseph said man, just top ur plants at like the 3rd set of leafs, then let the two branches grow bout 2 sets and top the new branches again, and keep repeating those steps all thru your veg. i veg for 2 months at least and end up with around 8-16 top colas by doin these steps.. and also keep ur lights close for a while to keep node spacing small.. hope that answers ur question.. if u got the room for a big plant veg it for2 months and top the SH!T outta that baby
