How do I adjust my sleeping patterns?

  1. Hey! So my christmas breakk started december first, and is over jan 10th. Ive literly been up till 5am every morning and sleep pretty much all day. My semester starts on the 11th and I need to get back into school mode. What is the best way to go from staying up till 5am and sleeping till like 3 or 4 to going to be at like 12 and waking up at 9? I keep telling myself im going to start soon but I always seem to just stay up too late. Help?
     
  2. Ya I know how it is currently experiencing same thing. Not much you can do about it..... At least there is no easy way never is lol.

    I'm a natural night owl and I don't even bother trying to get back into an early sleep schedule for work or school. I just suck it up for the first week and then I'm adjusted after that.
     
  4. I know it has something to do with when you eat, i wish i knew more about the subject but i think that link that artic posted explains it perfectly. Read up on that and you'll be fine
