In CA, I see growers bring their stuff into the dispensaries in turkey bags. Are they curing in these bags? Or are they just using the bags to transport the herb, and curing some other way?
I can only speak to the grows and dispensaries that I've been to and have spoken to, but at the ones I know of in Oregon, they have a room that is permanently on climate control to an environment for curing. The plants rotate in and out, as needed. I don't think a lot of grows and dispensaries do a proper cure -they'll dry the flower and say that it's cured.
