    Circut 1: 30 rest after all 3 exercises 4 sets
    10 Cable Crossover 15 lbs
    10 Incline Push ups
    10 Straight arm pulldowns 25 lbs

    Circut 2: 30 sec rest after all 3 exercises 4 sets
    10 Bent over barbell rows 60 lbs
    10 front dumbell raise
    10 standing barbell chest press 20 lbs

    Circuit 3: 30 sec rest after all 3 exercises 4 sets
    10 Bicep Curls 15lb dumbells
    10 Tricep Dips
    10 Bench Dips

    Circuit 4:
    10 Crunchy Frog Sit Ups
    10 Scissor kick v sits
    10 Plank Hip Raise

    .5 Mile 4:15
     
  2. 2.25 miles on elliptical (15 minutes, Level 6)
    Barbell bench: 215 x 3; 135 x 14; 185 x 10
    Dumbbell incline press: 140 x 3 (3 sets)
    Fly (cables): 40 lbs (each hand), 10 reps x 3
    Bicep press: 95 x 8 (3 sets)
     
  3. Ran a 10k in 58 minutes......with a horse mask on.
     
  4. ...*confused curious face*...what was the mask for?
     
  5. doing Convict Conditioning 1 (progressive calisthenics program):
    Step 3 - knee pushups
    Step 1 - knee tucks
     
  6. Anybody ever try the trick where you make your own DIY dumbbells out of empty milk jugs filled with water?

    You can also buy quick mix cement and fill them up with cement for 20 pound weights instead of 10. Water = 10 pounds/gallon as opposed to concrete 20/gallon.

    You can get pretty strong swinging those things around all the time.

  8. I biked 15 miles yesterday, and managed to fit in some beer mid-ride. Nothing like the first 70-degree day of the year.
     
  9. Ran 2.5 miles to an old French fort rebuilt on the river smoked then back.

  10. Set a dumbbell PR yesterday for incline press; did 150 with no spotter, and that was on little rest/energy. Nice to set a PR when you feel like ass.

  13. Went for a hike with my littlest on my back (30 lbs) rock climbed a bit, the. Wore the baby back. About a mile altogether, but still fun.

  18. I usually run in the morning, and then some push-ups. But I am getting a bit bored of this, I am considering joining the gym with different classes like yoga, body pump etc.
