Trying to get my high school strength back.. coming back surprisingly fast and finally feeling strong again. I stupidly applied coconut oil to my hair beforehand and my hand started slipping on the bar with 225lbs on it. Hurt the fuck out of my wrist, but still managed to bump out a couple reps. Almost maxed at 240, needed a teeny bit of help getting it off but oh well close enough. As long as I got 2 plates on there I feel awesome. Looks like I'll be smoking with a purpose today.

Hell well I thought I'd be the only person active here tbh, I'm definitely down to start posting here more. My routine is pretty elementary, I'll do heavier and "light" days... where light days are just regular ~10 rep range. Today was a heavier day: Flat bench: 1 set lift max, 1x5 80% of that, then rep out on 70%. (just 10 reps on 45lbs to warmup) Decline bench: same thing, but after 70% I went 1 plate for reps and killed it on a quarter. Dips 3x10 DB press 1x8, 2x6 Shrugs 4x20 (more like 15 but it was for 420) Skullcrushers 3x6-8 Cable pulldowns 3x6-8 Tri pressdowns (machine) 3x6-8 Always my favorite day for sure! I'm also kinda stoned right now

45 min LISS in the AM and spent most of the day walking around getting stuff done, easily clocked 4 miles in walking alone today plus 4-5 miles from cardio.
