  2. Back day! I'm giving the bro split a try.

    T-bar rows 4x10
    Pull ups 3x12
    DB rows 3x10
    Lat pulldowns 3x8-10
    Face pulls 3x20
     
  3. I'm going on a walk with my mother today for exercise. Nothin' fancy about it :)

    Incline DB press 6x10
    Flies 3x10
    Dips 3x12
     
  5. Trying to get my high school strength back.. coming back surprisingly fast and finally feeling strong again.

    I stupidly applied coconut oil to my hair beforehand and my hand started slipping on the bar with 225lbs on it. Hurt the fuck out of my wrist, but still managed to bump out a couple reps. Almost maxed at 240, needed a teeny bit of help getting it off but oh well close enough. :D As long as I got 2 plates on there I feel awesome.

    Looks like I'll be smoking with a purpose today.

    Rear delt flies 3x15
    Face pulls 3x20
    Lateral raises 3x15
    Scott press 3x10
    DB press 3x10
    DB upright rows 3x10
    DB shrugs 2x10

  7. Hell well I thought I'd be the only person active here tbh, I'm definitely down to start posting here more.

    My routine is pretty elementary, I'll do heavier and "light" days... where light days are just regular ~10 rep range.

    Today was a heavier day:

    Flat bench: 1 set lift max, 1x5 80% of that, then rep out on 70%. (just 10 reps on 45lbs to warmup)
    Decline bench: same thing, but after 70% I went 1 plate for reps and killed it on a quarter.
    Dips 3x10
    DB press 1x8, 2x6
    Shrugs 4x20 (more like 15 but it was for 420)
    Skullcrushers 3x6-8
    Cable pulldowns 3x6-8
    Tri pressdowns (machine) 3x6-8

    Always my favorite day for sure!
    I'm also kinda stoned right now
     
  8. Hitting the bong had me breaking out in my sweat of the day Jeez I coughed for a good 15 minutes I was feeling the burn

    I quit working out when my SECOND shoulder gave out... Years later both still give me problems... Wish I had insurance

  11. 1 mile on the treadmill hill climber at level 12 (10:15)
    15 min on bike hill climber level 10
    3 sets 25 reps tricep extension 5lbers
    3 sets 25 reps in and outs 5 lbers
    3 sets 25 reps tricep push
    3 sets 25 reps bent over row 5lbers

    5 sets 10 reps 30 inch box jumps
    3 sets 10 reps low cable chest flys
     
  12. 1 mile 0.0 incline 9:06
    Circuit 1: alternating between sets
    5 sets 10 reps 30 inch box jumps
    5 sets push ups on half yoga ball
    30 sec rest between each set

    Circuit 2: alternating between sets 30 sec rest
    Using resistance band
    3 sets 20 reps side lunges (each side)
    3 sets 20 reps kick backs (each side)
    3 sets 20 reps deadlifts

    Circuit 3: alternating 30 sec rest bet ween 5 lb dumbells in each hand
    3 sets 20 reps bent over row
    3 sets 20 reps bent over tricep kickbacks
    3 sets 10 reps arm circles

    18 minutes on bike hill climber mode level 15

  14. done some chest + triceps, 6x6 rep ranges, max weight
     
  15. 45 min LISS in the AM and spent most of the day walking around getting stuff done, easily clocked 4 miles in walking alone today plus 4-5 miles from cardio.
     
  16. About to run a couple miles on the elliptical, don't do strength training on the weekend

  18. 4 mile run in the AM, going to start bumping the cardio to 5x a week plus my strength training.
     
  19. Walked home from work the past several days ....3 mile walk home with nice scenery...
