Hey there, So I have an Aerogarden Farm... Temps have dropped so most of the time the room is at 16C/60F. This grow has had two root rot incidents so not the best. Both happened earlier when it was warmer so I put ice packs in the tanks to keep bacteria from reproducing. Two questions: 1) Is that too cold overall for growth? I can turn the heat on in the room during the day. 2) Is the water in the tank going to subsequently be too cold? What's the effect there? I get the sense the plants are hibernating... i.e. not thriving.
