How can you kill your EgO without psychedelics?

Discussion in 'General' started by skatealex2, Sep 18, 2009.

  1. I only have marijuana (of course), but i really miss the loss of ego i would experience after a good LSD trip....... I crave to have that kind of enlightenment back , i think i am very conscious and aware- but i have trouble having that ease/clarity of mind like i do after tripping and that contentedness.

Can someone give me some advice> maybe i need to start working out more or something.

or deep meditation? All you bastards tripping LSD recently are lucky :devious:[IMG]

  2. grow some shrooms
    easy
    cheap
    and unlimited

that way you never have to pay for them again
    bam, problem solved

  3. growing season is over but that's a good idea- have that planned for next year. gotta do my research

  4. I thought you could grow shrooms whenever?

  5. Practice humility.

  6. you can
    idk what he's talking about

you dont need much equipment at all bro
they dont even need special sunlight lamps(altho they are supposed to be better)
indirect sunlight(near a window) or just a regular lightbulb works well

  7. wow. can you message me some info?

that would be sick! i just need an idea where to get from. if i can grow it in my room during the winter that is incredible

i really need a good trip ------------i do have some K though but i think im gonna save that for a really long time

  8. Shroomery.org has some great info

If you have no tolerance, plain ol' MJ can get me pretty close to ego death. More of an ego softening really. Have you never tripped off bud?

  9. of course - that is what got me so into weed. i'm generally a very deep thinker and when I am high that becomes 10 times more............ i have been smoking for probably 3 years straight and 4 years before that.

weed doesn't give me a real ego death even though it can be very trippy and psychedelic- especially cannabis edibles......................

budda tends to leave me with a little bit of anxiety- while lsd seems to get rid of all your little subconscious or daily worries. i miss that lsd enlightement but i've heard many people say that meditation can get you farther than lsd, though i don't see how that is possible [?]

I was posting on the shroomery for at least a year but i got banned a month or two ago . i had a very divided fan base on that site. i became very good friends with some people on there and some of them wanted to kill me i think- it's a conspiracy :smoking:

  10. This is for you my dude, thank me later

  11. It seems like too much can go wrong on a psychedelic.

  12. on a low dose of lsd nothing can go wrong. pure bliss

Things usually only go wrong if you convince yourself somthing will go wrong. My big mistake the first time i did shrooms was i did a whole 8th of it by myself in my room late at night with nothing to do... Second mistake was getting into a bad place by thinking that bad shit was going to happen.

long shroom trip short- convinced myself i was crazy and had multiple personality disorder...good times

I did it again a month later with some friends and it was the most amazing and self enlightening experience of my life.

so if you do them get yourself into a comfortable place and have good friends around ( only good friends, that means no shady people)

anyone who is thinking about doing then soon. Happy shrooming :D

shady people are evil when tripping. and i think tripping is almost like putting your thoughts into reality---- the most important rules are set and setting- as im sure everyone agrees.

if you think you're trip is going to be the best experience of your life, than it will.

if you start worrying about government propaganda, than you can get mindfucked. although you can also have a trip that completely blows your mind away, and obviously there will be intensity but you gotta just keep good and go with the flow.

my small problem with weed is that it makes my mind so open , which can give me a little bit of anxiety if i'm in the wrong place...... i know how to handle my highs though, but weed is kind of like a low dose of lsd for me and i can get completely lost in my own world if im not smoking with friends or something----- i also almost exclusively smoke the super dank buds, mids only when I am desperate- but those don't have much effect on my mind

my highs are different every day though........ taking kRaToM beforehand always guarantees a good high

  16. Get Some Saliva Dude. you go on a Trip then you meditate freely for about an hour... Good shit, Legal too

I dnt take any responsibility If you go and smoke it and think you died and your heart stops ;)

  17. LOL :hello: im trippin

  18. how does oNe practice humility?

  19. Just sit or lay down in the middle of a big open field all by yourself, and stare into the sky for an hour or so.

It's always relaxed me, having a mental break in the day is very important.

  20. By being grateful for what you have (both materially and spiritually, or materially and psychologically), by being grateful for the challenges that you have in life which serve no other purpose than to make you a better person (if you allow them), by being kind, by being charitable (but expecting no reward), and by not comparing yourself to others. You are you, and you will only ever be you.

Most importantly: put others before yourself.
