how can i turn this awkward Ballast/Light setup Horizontal? (PICS)

any ideas, im wanting to take full advantage of the bulb's power it's a 400watt MHID, got it for $30, it's heavy as fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck. even after we removed the original reflector (basicly a frosted Heavy Piece of glass shield)







oh and my new pipe, we named it "the green mile"

 

well my plants are on flowering atm, and im about to swicth to a 400watt HPS

nope, but it's fine now, with a few rope pieces, some electrical Piping, and an L Bend piece, and a few nuts, and it's turned horizontal.
