how can I tell?

basicly check if their brown, plump, and not cracked.

 

try and germ them....if they open they are alive if they dont they are dead....

 

im groing bagseed. they just have to be plump and brown, like what dylan said.

 

it is hard to tell just do what tetrahydrocanna said...and try and germinate them...that is really the only way...

 

germinate them....Put the between two damp paper towls then put that under a heating pad u'll be able to tel in no time.
