How can I prevent becoming really tired as I come down/burn out?

  1. If I get high during the day, after I'm high for an hour/hour and a half or so, I will start to come down and become VERY tired. What is the best way to prevent this? Is there anyway?

    It gets annoying when I have stuff going on later and I have to go to them being dead tired.

    So.......how can I solve this?
     
  2. You're just burning out, its normal.

    Drink a red bull, take a nap, or just deal with it.
     
  3. usually when i wake and bake i don't get that tired.
    Try drinking a coffee or an energy drink.Take a shower.
    Or smoke dank that prevents burnout alot.
     
  4. i don't know how good it is to do this every time you smoke, but i know for my friends and i, we used to always make a quick run to the nearest 7/11 and each pick up a big rockstar energy drink.. that usually does the trick :p

  5. Yea i dont really have that probablem very often unless im really tired already. On my weekends i ussually get really high then take a nap so i can stay out partying late and not get tired then. but yea a energy drink ussually will do the trick.

  7. I eat sugary stuff.

    Probably not the healthiest thing, but I work off the calories at work.

    a glass of kool aid after im done smoking a spliff, does a nice job of counter-acting it.
     
  8. yea, i have the same problem when i wake and bake. smoke another bowl, u feel better haha. monster probably would help too
     
  9. Smoke indica instead of sativa...

    Honestly though, I'd rather just smoke the good stuff (sativa) and deal with the burnout.

  13. I agree with working out! It works too good. Eat better than you are now, however it may be.

    Otherwise, you just have to deal with it. Not in an asshole way, i mean you just gotta push yourself through it. People become true stereotypical "stoners" when they become too tired and lazy with pushing themstonedselves all the time.
     
  14. I eat. It keeps me busy. I smoke cigarettes. It's horrible, when I'm sober I don't smoke many at all, and then I get high and they're gone...like last night...I got a pack at 6 30...started smoking right after I got them......got so high I only have 3 left this morning ? ? ? O_O

  17. Are you gettin the munchies real bad after you smoke? I feel that if i wait as long as possible to eat this doesnt happen. I actually try to not eat anything so i can keep my high longer.
