I couldn't give them light for the first week then they shared 1 23w cfl till week 2 then finally under 600w mh. Any idea's how to get them back to health? Or what's wrong with them? Should I keep the cfl with the mh on? My temp stays from 75-84 and ph around 6. What could be the problems?

  5. The issue is a product of you not giving the sprouts light during the 1st week.  Your temps are fine, and as long as you use good soft water, ro water, or distilled water;  You should be OK.

I would use either lamp.  The cfls will be more delicate, but if you make sure that you have the 600 watt high enough not to burn the tops of your seedlings, then you should be OK.

Hope you can keep them healthy.  Purchase some Botanicare Liquid Karma.  And use the label directions in order to restore them to healthy young plants

  6. Yea I use distilled water how often should i change the water?
I dimmed the light to 50% and its about 12-14 inches away

  7. every 7-10 days;  I rotate hydroponic solution.  You can make a fresh batch of nutirent solution, and in between solution changes;  You can add ph'd water.  This allows the plant to uptake the water it needs, and allows it to feed on stored nutrients in between feedings;  Resulting in a healthier and better tasting product in the end.  Peace :D
