I don't understand how I can buy seeds online and have them mailed to the United States without either me or the vendor being at risk for legal action. Is it not illegal to possess cannabis seeds? And if it is illegal, who would be responsible?
I moved this to the seed banks section. They aren't at risk because US does not have jurisdiction outside the US. If they do get intercepted at customs, which is very rare, all they can do is confiscate them and send you a letter. That's it. But yes it is technically illegal to buy and have weed seeds.
