how best to get ahold of support staff?

  1. Had one order placed 12/14...finally got a shipment notice on 12/20. Was normal international shipping so I'm guessing its still in transit with the new security measures (shipping to the US).

    The second order I placed, a few days later, was received, and charged, but I never received an email stating that it was shipped. It was a discounted item, I'm guessing of limited stock, and I no longer see it listed on the products page. My instincts are telling me it is no longer available--but if so, why was my money not refunded? Or, if they are waiting for more stock, why was I not informed of this?

    Having trouble contacting anyone about this. Haven't had a response yet from help desk (overwhelmed with other holiday order problems perhaps?), and the number when I try to call is invalid. The phone company lady I talked to said it wasn't even a valid netherlands number, and from a forum search it sounds like others have had this problem as well. Anyone advise? Should I just be patient?

    Again I understand about the first item but to still have no update on the second.. =/
