How am i doing?

So 3rd grow but never had plants this big. They are actually too big for my 6.5' tent about 4' and just started flower a couple days ago. I know they are going to be considerably bigger by the time to harvest so I've been trying this bending method, tying the tops to the sides of the tent. Is this ok to do at this point? Also how are they looking anything I can do different and yes annoying question but how much bud typically comes from plants these size? I'm giving the top of the line nutrients so the are fed well. One more thing I'm using sand to keep away the fruit flies, are there any down sides to this? Thanks everybody.
