How Accurate Are Those At Home Drug Tests?

    How accurate would you say an at home drug test is? I bought one that claims is 99.8% accurate and tested negative. About an hour later I took a urine test at the lab for a job. Both tests have the same cutoff levels at
    50 ng/ml.
