How a healthy plant should look

    Hey guys... this is my first real try at growing (one other time outdoors but mites got to them). I’m using a coco/peat mix under a cheap $80 Bloomspect B1000 using GP Flora Gro phd at 5.8. Question is what does a healthy plant really look like? Asking because my leaves are extending kinda vertical and I never really another plant like that. Please let me know what you think. When should I switch to 12 and how much more will they grow after I do? Thanks

    The leaves pointing up is called Praying. It's a good thing.
    It means your plants are getting what they need.

    For when you should switch to 12/12 do it when the plants are like half the size you want them to be because they can double in size

    I was actually thinking of getting another light. Do you think I need one? Grow area is 4x3
