Here's my new houseplant. She seems to have some issues going on, not sure if serious or not. It was given by a friend last night. From what I can tell, the soil is too moist, some browning of the leaves, and few leaves are curling. Smells good. Guessing an indica by the leaves.. Anyways thanks for looking, any advice would be appreciated.
What kind of soil is it? Regardless, I would definitely let that soil dry up nearly to the bone.. I think you hit it right on the head with your too wet speculation. Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum mobile app
I have no idea what the soil is. I'm almost tempted to go out and get a nice 5 gallon pot and saucer so it looks nice in my room. What sort of soil would be healthy for the plant? Keep in mind I have no intention of growing for supply, so not looking to boost with nutrients etc, however I probably will snap nugs off and taste them (after being cured and trimmed).
Lol there you go. I would honestly get some fox farms ocean forest and you won't need nutrients and she'll look beautiful . Sounds like a fun little friend to have around in the open. Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum mobile app
I moved her into her new pot today. She smells really good. Also I found some cobweb on her this morning, probably not a good sign?
Flowering quite nice. Lol. Probably spider mites. But since you aren't smoking it I wouldn't be too worried. Just wipe em off/squish when you see them Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum mobile app
Well I don't want any bugs eating the leaves or anything, so I'll keep my eye for little bugs. I hope she doesn't get tall.
They'll be hanging on the underside of the leaves. If they're doing damage you'll usually see spots on the top of the leaf. Might have to look close. You're probably alright. She looks like she might get a little taller. Probably not much. Already looks like it did most of the stretching. Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum mobile app
Cool, thanks for all the advice. Might get another for outdoor, planted in the ground. I'm guessing it would flower before august. It's the same batch, just a bigger one. This one was the runt of the group.
