Hookah Bars in LA

    Anyone know any good hookah bars/cafes around Los Angeles-Pasadena area.

    I know bout equator which is pasadena and wahibs in alhambra. Any other ones out there that are good for chillin.

    whats a hookah bar? i dont think we have em around here in mass but im assuming they're bars where you just smoke out of a hookah? haha

    There's quite a few in Glendale and Burbank... I also know a very ghetto one in Hollywood.

    there is a great one near UCLA (across the street, i forget the name of the street) called Habibi Cafe. good prices, good selection and a good atmosphere. place is packed on the weekends tho.

    In Chico Calif. [a college town], they have a really cool one. You buy a bowl [huge ass party bowl,I mean huge ass!] of middle-eastern flavored tabacco. It's so different then regular tobacco as it is not treated with any form of chemical. It's called shisha and I'm not a tobacco smoker [weed only for me ya see] but I really enjoy this shit! It's very relaxing. You can choose from so many flavors it's amazing. A bowl can last over a half an hour, and is a cool way to spend some time bullshittin' with friends. :smoke:

    yeah, thats what they have at Habibis. mix that Shisha with some herb and youll be feelin real real nice.

    This one is the only one I've been to and it's very ghetto.

    so basically remove the aluminum and put some herb on the molasis mixture? i have never tried that sounds good though.

    isMuch better when mixed with the Herb superb!!

    I prefer cherry and weed, also like banana and mixed fruit. Mint mix is cool, but reminds me of a menthol cig. :smoke:
