Homework while High

    Does anybody else find it easier to concentrate and do homework while high? When I'm high I feel so productive and subjects like chemistry just seem to make more sense.

    Depends on the person. Weed effects the brain differently. I dont like to do hw high but ill definitely study and take tests stoned. Weed motivates me to do hw. I try to get it all done early in the week so i wont have to worry about it later & i can get high without anything on my to do list. But yea i kno alotta people that do it high and listen to music.

    I wonder if maybe you have ADD? I've heard people with ADD say weed makes it easier to concentrate. Most people find that weed makes it harder to keep a train of thought straight, lol. For me, :smoke:=:confused:

    I don't have ADD though. A friend I have does so he used to always come to work high and it made him better at concentrating. I'm just lazy and procrastinate to the last minute, unless i'm high then i want to get the shit done ASAP, and it makes it easier. It's hard though cause my gf don't like me smoking weed, (we been together for two years and don't want to ruin anything with her) yet I really think I'm a better student when I'm high.

    Yeah I definitely enjoy writing much more when I am high,but I am in Engineering school so I don't do much of that haha..

    I like analyzing mathematical problems when I am high, and especially visualizing chemical syntheses, but sometimes not at a desirable pace. It all depends on the weed, give me a great sativa and I will be doing homework all night, but if it is an indica I may just slow to a hault. That is the shitty thing about weed in the states now, that so much of the indoor supply is indica dominant.

    I hear ya on the Indica man, I prefer sative highs. Yeah I can study my Arabic homework and read up in biology, complex things just seem to fit together better, and when I sober up I'm still able to remember them. Just wish my girlfriend was cool with it, been dating since my junior year in high school and don't want to fuck it up my second year in college.

    Ha ha.... I want both though! I don't want to have to give up one for the other! It isn't fair.... *insert emo catch phrase here*. Oh well, maybe i'll just balance both until one finds out about the other. haha. thanks for the advice, any more is greatly appreciated.

    i always do my research high. makes things more interesting and i'll spend a good 2 hours on it with zero interruptions.

    Just as some people smoke weed to get blitzed and not function, while some people smoke weed to meditate.
