So I have a quick question. Today at work my manager brings in a massive glass jar with pickles just in white vinegar, she called them semi-sour pickles. I decided to replicate this myself, but should i refrigerate my jar? Will the distilled white vinegar preserve it without canning and simply screwing it on and letting them sit. I put some white habanero peppers from my garden in there hoping to make them nice and spicy.
