Pretty much just take the end off of the light bulb. If it's got that white coating in it, pour some salt into it and shake it up real good, should knock it all right off. Then wash it out, let dry, and you are good to go.
yeah, then you just put the bud inside the bulb, hold the lighter on the outside and heat where the bud is, gotta be careful not to burn the weed through it though, just wanna heat it enough to vape it.
Their is a bit more. Take the lightbulb and a knife. Cut off the top half of it then take a blastic water bottle cap and screw it on the lightbulb. Poke two holes in the cap, one small one, and one where you put a straw in it. Then, i prefer to light a candle, and hold the lightbulb over the flame. When greenish vapor begins to rise, shake the bulb a bit and breath in through the straw.
