Long time between posts sorry lol, i dont frequent this forum as much these days. New sauce though! aji peach, ghosts, trinidad scorpion, carolina reaper, thai chili, georgia flame, and a bell pepper. Added red onion, garlic, carrots, ginger, white turmeric, a kiwi, mustard seeds, and 3% salt. Going to ferment this one as long as I can, hopefully close to christmas or longer.
