So I didnt see a thread on this show so here goes. It has the feeling of 24 except instead of Jack Bauer fucking everyone up, you get people spying and doing shady shit and you dont know who the terrorists are. So far its pretty damn good and with not much else on tv most people should be all over this show. /starttalkinboutdisshit
I can't believe there aren't any responses to this. Homeland is a fantastic show. I love the subtle plot twists and the character development. It has a lot of potential.

I like the show. Whats up with Carrie? She's over the top sometimes. I know she' on anti-psychotics, is she enjoying being with Brody, or is she manipulating him? Does Brody even need to be on the show with the new results?
There is no way a man like Saul can have a beard that awesome without being a bad guy. If the writers of 24 taught me anything its people with beards are terrorists. So Carrie is crazy as well. I wonder if the CIA knows.
I'm on the fence with Saul. There HAS to be a reason why he failed the first polygraph test beyond nerves, but they haven't given us anything else to even hint that he's working both sides. I think Carrie started off manipulating Brody to get information, but ended up having feelings for him. The end of last night's episode was interesting. Has he been turned or not?
The last episode of this show really surprised me. I initially thought this show was little more than propaganda but *******SPOILER****** I think scenes like the drone attack from "the other side" and the death of that cute kid could do a lot towards changing Americans' perceptions of Muslims, Arabs, "terrorists" etc. The media constantly de-humanizes these people but this show especially in this last episode does not. Obviously it's just TV, but Americans spend a whole lot of time watching TV . Anyways, shades of gray are always a good thing. BTW, I hope that Walker pulls off the shot and kills the VP. Dude deserves it 100%.
this show is actually pretty good! when they were showing previews for it before it started i wasnt too sure about it cuz of all the politics. but i got into it an now i like it! i think brody was gonna back out of watever he was planning to do but after being reminded about that kid i think hes back at it.
Anybody think the terrorists set the bomb off to kill the kid thus turning Brody even more against America?
They keep showing flash backs of Brody when he was pow. And he's Hella scroungy with a beard and long hair. Do u guys think that's a wig/make up? Or did he actually have his hair that long for filming. Then got it cut for later?
That last episode was really fucking good. Brody is gonna have one hell of a final showdown with Walker.
Hahaha crazy bitch Carrie. Finally had a breakdown and got fired. I saw that coming right after she fucked Brody. But pretty good episode. Looks like Brody is a terrorist planning to kill the vice president.
yup the whole carrie breakdown was really predictable...brody is going to kill everyone in the bunker, including the vice president.
