Home Hair Results- 38x higher than the cut off point- Plz help with data

So I did a home hair test and sent the hair to lab. I dont know much about tests or results, or even science etc.
I came up 38.1 times higher than the cut off point. When i gave my hair I was 70 days clean. I am about 50 lbs overweight. I have been using only Wax/shatter for the last year. I do take home urine tests and the strip for positive is very bright.
From the lab:
Cutoff point:
THC Metabolite Positive 1.00 pg/mg 0.10 pg/mg
*picograms per milligram of hair

My hair:
THC Metabolite - Positive 3.81 pg/mg.

I dont know too much about what the data shows other than I was 38x higher at 70 days.
What I would like to know is:
1) Is that irregularly high (38 times the cutoff point of 1.00 pg/mg)??
Seems like that is a super high number, but again I dont know about numbers, science, tests, etc
2) I know thc is stored in fat cells etc but any thoughts on approximately
how much longer this could be in my URINE ?
I have an upcoming urine test for a new job in about one month.
