i'd imagine its safer because your personal credit card bill doesn't end up with the charge on it that says Seedbank Cover Name here charge $xx.xx am i right? its much harder to trace back to you i'd assume..
I'd look at the back of that prepaid card.. Alot of them can't be used internationally without setting it up first by filling out your personal info anyway.. Pretty much it would be the same as using your own cc.. Hope it isn't so, but you never know.. Goodluck
