So I just broke out into itchy hives/welts all over my legs for apparently no reason. Some on my arms, back, and stomach area as well but not as bad. I have some benadryl.. will that help? I haven't been outside in a few days so I know its not poison ivy or something of that nature.
Yes benadryl will help. But try to figure out what may have caused the hives; food, soaps, detergents, new furniture, animals, medications, anxiety, etc.
