    So far I haven't seen any males in tights that were not:

    Dressed as females
    Riding a bike and wearing shorts over the the tights, which have bike clothing logos
    wearing those super expensive compression things people wear when they run
    Clowns or Jesters

    I hate that word, almost as much as I hate hangin out with them

    thats what they are kids who try way to hard to be cool or think they are cool but are not cool at all. usually they are just emo kids.
