let's get our shit straight people: acid is the candy, e is the flip shrooms are the hippy, e is the flip DXM is the robo, e is the flip dosing mushrooms and acid at the same time makes you a jedi, e is the flip to answer your question, yes the timing is different. i'm not 100% sure and i don't want to give you wrong information so i suggest you search the internet on dosing. the information on the internet isn't exactly the best not because of reliability, but because everyone is different. i suggest going by your gut feelings with when your mushroom trip starts and ends because only you know generally how long your trip is going to be depending on how much you dose. i can't give you exact timing but what you're aiming for is to come down on both drugs at the same time. let's say you ate enough mushrooms to trip for 12 hours and enough ecstasy to roll for 6 hours, you would want to dose ecstasy 6 hours into your trip. good luck getting it down and not everyone gets it right the first time. it's not too bad but it's never pleasant to come down on one thing and still be fucked up on another, total buzzkill. good luck, mah dude.
