Does anyone know the actual most efficient way to smoke? I've heard vaporizers and bongs but Marijuana Water Pipe and Vaporizer Study seems to contradict that. Is a small pipe the best?
People are affected differently so which every way you feel highest is the way I recomend you go. Personally vap>bong>pipe=joint imo.
this is true, but there is definitely a hue difference in delivery between different methods of smoking. I'm trying to find the best way to conserve my bud, i just can't find any solid information on the matter.
^ youre looking at the wrong studies. magic flight box. any study that proves that vapes arent most efficient is a government study or a study done by ruhtards.
There's also plenty of studies saying that marijuana is bad for you, feel free to believe them if you like. Like I said previously to each his own so until you try it for yourself you won't know. I can tell you this my high to bud ratio is highest with a vap.
One ellbow-pack that will get you high with the arizer vaporizer takes me 0.05g so that's the best delievery method I own. For a nice bong hit I'll need at least 0.1-0.2g. To fill my bong with thick smoke i need at least 0.2g so I guess it's quite wasteful compared to the vaporizer. The high is also cleaner with the vape, but it's also nice to smoke the bong sometimes because you can smoke hash on top of your bowl
People need to sit back and ask themselves.. is it the weed? my piece? or me? Some people are always so worried and fiending to get as high as possible with every toke that I think they forget to just relax and let the high take you over. Vapes, bongs, and spoons are the 3 best untensils for toking, from there it is all personal preference. Also, maybe buy some J wraps to kind of switch in between glass and papers.. well the OP is asking about THC efficiency (which i assumed he meant if any THC is wasted) because don't vaporizers only offer cleaner smoker by not burning the plant material, but it would seem that if you burn it all and turn it into ash (small pipe), that you would be garunteed to get ALL of the THC and other cannabinoids. Please inform me if im wrong.
Poppers use very little weed (Alot less then a bong) but hit you 3 times as hard as a bong. You will get really stoned off of 1.

theoretically, yes. But I assume by destroying the plant with that much heat and duration of time some cannabinoids will be transfered into heat, or destroyed if your not familiar with science.
