I'm just curious... Do plants thrive better at higher or lower altitudes? I'm at 6500 feet above sea level and it seems like plants would do better at lower altitudes, but i could be wrong. I've heard people boast about how they only grow their crops in the mountains at around 8000ft.+
Yes, I do believe it is a factor, when it comes to growing outside, just why some strains are more resistant to humidity and not frost while others are vice versa, Higher altitude the air is thinner than below and so that has a factor on climates, and all that jazz..
