High tolerance post-covid?

    My partner is a seasoned medical user and after the second time she got covid (they have lots of medical issues so getting covid had intense and long lasting effects on her) suddenly her tolerance went way up and just stayed there. i've watched her take 250mg of rso and barely feel a thing. 1) has anyone else experienced this or have any ideas of why is would happen 2) does anyone know a good way to lower it? she's tried taking tolerance breaks even up to i think 2 weeks and it would work only a little bit and 3) failing 2, does anyone know how we can make some extra extra potent stuff for her? we're both chronic pain sufferers and idk what id do if i couldn't have some weed after work so i'm trying to figure something out for her.

    My work on her recipe. This can be done using bud but you need to grind flour fine or it clogs the eyedropper no end. The high Lecithin to Oil ratio is what drives this to be so incredibly powerful. Doubles the hit, triples the duration, prevents tolerance build.
