This is like jokes about the Bush administration - funny on an intrinsic level, but also very disconcerting. I'm sure most people, whether or not they found it funny, would see this as a very real representation of High Times journalists - people who in reality are working to combat the lies and prejudice that promote the suffering of the terminally-ill, the bloating of prisons, the destroyed lives of innocent people, and the strangehold of imperialist corporations on the economy.
i completely understand were your coming from but its just a joke and no matter how much we fight even if we accomplish our goals and its legalized this stereotype of stoner's will always be there its ingrained in our culture so we might as well make a joke out of it by that last statement i did not mean we should quit fighting to end drug prohibition but i mean even if we do there will always be close minded people out there that only see stereotypes if we can just laugh and shrug it off we will be much better off
