HID vs MH for veg

    I'm wondering if there is a big difference in these two types of light when vegging? Is one "better" then another? Thanks !

    Metal halide is HID, if you mean HPS vs MH THEN MH is the "best" for veg but plants do just fine vegging under HPS

    ^This. Both HPS and MH are HID.

    AHH I was confused from some people's journals saying HID light. Gotcha thanks guys :)
