I beg to differ; I once posted a thread requesting help, as my grandmother had fallen in the shower -- and the fire dept was little to no help at all (buckets of cold water only made her spout racial slurs at me) -- and I wasn't banned. On that name, anyway... People really need to reevaluate the difference between "troll" and "whimsical happy-maker."
