Hi everyone! It's my first grow ever, and would appreciate any advice!

    I thought I could grow outdoors, but I was dumb and didn't realize when I bought seeds, that the complete time from seed to harvest was much longer than I thought. Anyways, I have three seeds (feminized Critical Cure) that germinated and are growing slowly (probably due to daylight reducing). I planted them originally 13 days ago.

    I bought a grow tent, light, carbon filter, inline fan, ducting, and a grounded digital timer. Is there anything else I absolutely need?

    I know these are basic questions, but it's my first time. I would appreciate any help and advice.

    You’ll need a digital pH meter. $20 in Amazon.

    You’ll need a way to raise and lower the pH of your water and/or nutrient solution. I recommend Earth Juice UP & DOWN.

    Are you growing in soil, hydroponics, aeroponics, etc? If soil, then what kind? What about nutrients? What type of pots are you using? Fabric pots or airpots are best. Try not to use plastic pots.

    Do you plan on taking clones from any of these plants? Lots of stuff needed there if so.

    What kind of light are you going to use?

    918, thank you sooo much for your super prompt reply! I'll try to answer your questions as best as I can.

    I did buy a pH meter and I got it recently and need to buy the pH Down product you recommended, I think. It was close to 8 as a seedling, and I'd like to get that down to around 6.5.

    Yes, I am growing in soil (Kellogg's Potting Soil). I am thinking of switching to Fox Farms Ocean Forest when transferring to final pot. Speaking of pot, I will be using a fabric pot, either 5 or 7 lbs.

    I will not be taking any clones at all from this grow.

    I will be using a 600w LED light that is best for about 2X3 grow.

    Ratchet ropes to move lights and equipment up and down easily.

    Scrog net if you plan on scrogging

    A small table top fan (or two) or something similar to circulate the air

    May want to get trays to catch run off water. I used the low height plastic storage bins.

    well with LEDS getting newbies 1gpw first grows.. hobbyists seem to be set if they have a vented and cool, breezy tent never exceeding 81* jus i heard someone say oncde n its so true youll never grow good herb if your not passionate about it n care for em ALOT.. itll grow jus bad buds

    Okay guys (and gals), I've attached a few pictures here to show you my current setup. I have purchased a carbon filter but won't worry about that just now since they are in veg state and won't emit any scent. I also have an inline fan and ducting but haven't installed that yet either.

    I am going to be gone for one week and won't be able to water the plants. That won't kill them off will it? Should I water until runoff before I leave? Up until now I only lightly mist the soil on top for fear of overwatering.

    Also, did I correctly hang the light? My main concern while I am gone is the light falling and catching the whole house on fire or something. I know, probably won't happen but I tend to worry.

    Also thinking about transferring the one on the right into a larger pot soon as it looks to be almost ready.

    Anything I'm missing at this point? Also, the little pots in front are going to be basil and tomatoes. Apparently basil is a good companion for cannabis. Thanks again for your help everyone!
