HH checking in

  1. Whats up every one. I am new to the board. I am on several Body building forums. So I know my way around fairly well. his is the first bud board I have been on. I hope you all can help me to learn so I can help others. I am happy to be here and look forward to talking to you all!
     
  2. What's up bro, I'm new to the GC community too, but I have a question.

    Have you ever smoked before working out? If so, is your performance better or sloppier?
     
  3. Yes I smoke before workouts if Im just doing light days. Some days I just go to do a stretching and light training. I love to smoke then. But heavy workouts no. I lose focus and can't seem to bring as much aggression out.
     
  4. interesting. never tried it before but i really want to.

    that's a good idea though. if I plan on doing a light workout I might toke a bit before, just to see how it goes.
     
  5. Yea its great for stretching you can really let go and get full range of motion. Plus add some music and you can relly get lost in a jog. And of course you are hungry when you get back from the gym and can feed those muscles you just tore down!
