    Well I live in California and want to get a mmj card.
    About 2 years ago, when I was 16, I broke my arm skateboarding, had surgery, blah blah blah....
    Can I tell them that I have pains in my arm from the fracture (severe break), show them the proof (x-rays, doctor appointments...) and get a mmj card?

    As long as the pain interferes with daily activity's and is chronic I don't see why not. Do you take any med's for it currently? You are lucky there are clinics there for 40 bucks! 100+ most other states.
