Want some good gym advice.... nobody there cares what you look like. They're way more interested in themselves. Next good piece of advice is have a plan. Don't just there and do random shit. Know what you're doing and why you're doing it.
I am a fat fuck, though when it comes to common sense, I am well versed. Burn more calories than you eat. Simple as that.
Don't put your full name and location on here, damn girl. Also I used to be afraid of the gym. Now I go once a day, start out on a machine you're comfortable with then slowly work your way around.
