Cannabis doesn't like a soggy environment. With seedlings I keep them moist but not drenched. Make sure you have sufficient drainage.
Agreed with above ^ and I'd add that if you're using a cover over the seedling (like a mini greenhouse), take it off. The little lady will need fresh air flow.
Oh for pity's sake it isn't even 24 hours old! Let the thing grow!! Don't be worried about a dark spot on a germinated seedling that hasn't even ejected the seed husk lol.
