Hey guys a couple questions about watts and such

    Hey guys I got a 400w light but it also says 400sl what's the difference between the two and is 400wats to much for these seedlings 1608440209475.jpg 1608440239123.jpg

    My opinion is that for plants is never too much light. Problem would be if this light give too much heat than it would burn leaves. The difference between those lights i dont know.

    All the lights! Download a lux meter app or buy one cheap on amazon.

    HOW MUCH LIGHT DO YOUR CANNABIS PLANTS REQUIRE?
    • Clones and seedlings: 5,000–7,000 lux
    • Vegetative growth: 15,000–50,000 lux
    • Flowering: 45,000–65,000 lux
    • Maximum recommended amount of light: 75,000 lux

    I dunno what sl is but it looks like your plants could use even more light.
