    Go outside, go to the hill, go to espesso roma, find people, smoke with said people. If that fails, just wait, they will come... I dont think many people are comfortable meeting unknown people, who could be cops...............

    do what i said, i know people who go to the spot i have pointed out, good people. I dont go there anymore, just got sick of the hill hahahaha, but, i assure you, you will find good people at espresso roma, and not like dealers... just people, looking for some fun times hahahahahah boulder has a plentiful quantity of people always chilling there for some reason
