hermies: plastic surgery?

    I am just wondering whether it is possible to stop a plant being hermie?
    Maybe to cut those balls off or anything else?

    Some people try that but eventually there will be a hidden one and it will burst.

    is it worth a try? do these balls grow continuously through the flowering stage?

    No not really yes they grow all through the flowering stage and actually sometimes grow inside the buds so i really wouldn't bother.
